At Juniper Boutique, we ship all orders via USPS from our shipping base in Lavonia, GA. Please review the details below before placing your order.

USPS Standard Shipping

• FREE shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes)

• Orders under $100: $7.99 flat rate

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days

• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after ship date

• USPS does not guarantee delivery dates

USPS Priority Shipping

• $11.99 flat rate

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days

• Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after ship date (based on location)

• USPS does not guarantee delivery dates

Important Shipping Notes

• Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Please be sure to enter a valid email address at checkout. If an incorrect email is entered, you may not receive tracking updates.

• If you entered the wrong email address, you may call or email us and we will gladly provide your tracking information.

Address Accuracy Policy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

• If you notice an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, please contact us right away.

• Once an order has shipped via USPS, the delivery address cannot be changed.

• If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address, a $6.99 reshipping fee will be required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Although rare, lost or stolen packages can happen. Please note the following policy:

• Juniper Boutique is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit or marked as delivered but stolen.

• Once your package leaves our facility, USPS is responsible for delivery.

• If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with your local post office.

• All orders include tracking information sent via email so you can monitor your delivery.

If this unfortunate situation occurs, please still notify us so we can assist you in any way possible during the claims process.
