Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Juniper Boutique, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not accepted.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, all items must meet the guidelines listed below. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused.


Return Guidelines

  • All exchanges or store credit requests must be made within 21 days of purchase.

  • All clearance and discounted items are FINAL SALE — no exchanges or store credit will be issued.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Free of smoke, odors, or damage

    • With original tags still attached

  • Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original shoe box.

Important Return Details

  • Exchanges are only available for the same exact item in a different size.

  • If you wish to return an item for something different, your return will be processed as store credit.

  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card (non-expiring) and emailed to the address used at checkout.

  • Your original shipping fee will be credited back to your store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
